Payments for our services are due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be eligible for a refund minus a 30% service charge. Cancellations made after this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

 

8. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

Before participating in any physical training program, clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This form helps identify any health conditions that may need medical clearance before engaging in physical activities. By submitting the PAR-Q, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate and complete information regarding your health status.

 

9. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any existing health conditions or injuries before beginning any training program. Clients should seek medical advice before starting any new fitness regimen, especially if they have pre-existing conditions.

 

10. Waiver and Release

By participating in our training sessions, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical training and agree to release Brian Lee Fitness from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur.

 

11. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining client confidentiality and protecting your personal information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

12. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidelines provided during training sessions to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

 

13. Online Coaching Terms

For online coaching sessions, clients must ensure they have the necessary technical requirements. Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes, with client consent. Clients are expected to actively participate and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
